Isaiah Stewart Bloodied by LeBron James Foul, Altercation Ensues

In the third quarter of a Sunday night game between the Lakers and Pistons, an ugly scene erupted after a hard foul from LeBron James.

Isaiah Stewart, who was elbowed in the face on the play, was irate and had to be held back by security, teammates, and arena security.

The hit opened up a cut that caused the entire side of Stewart’s face to be covered with blood.

LeBron was issued a flagrant 2 foul and immediately ejected.
