Boban Marjanović – 7’4”

Boban holds the distinction of being the current tallest player in the NBA. The Serbia-born talent stands at an impressive height of 7 ft 4 in (2.24 m) and plays for the Dallas Mavericks. He is so tall that he can stretch to dunk the basketball into the net. Marjanović moved to the NBA League in 2015 after rising through the Serbian League, where he also holds an MVP title.

The giant is also a regular Serbian National Basketball team member and was part of the All-EuroLeague first team in 2015. He’s greatly loved in the NBA and has played for other teams, including the Philadelphia 76ers, Detroit Pistons, and Los Angeles Clippers.

Victor Wembanyama – 7’4”

Victor is a French basketball star who will likely be drafted first overall by the San Antonio Spurs in this year’s draft. The 19-year-old talent plays the center position using a guard technique. His size helps him score from anywhere on the floor, and he is set to be one of the NBA’s biggest stars.

Before moving to the NBA, Victor played at the highest French basketball league level and led the league in rebounds, blocks, and points scored. In the 2022-2023 season, the French star averaged 21.8 points, 3.1 blocks, and 10.3 rebounds per game. 

In February, Victor’s height stood at 7ft 4 in (2.24 m) without shoes. Note that he’s still a teenager and has room for growth. 

Kristaps Porzingis – 7’3”

Kristaps started his professional career in the Euro League with Sevilla in 2012 and made his first NBA debut in October 2015. The same season, He was named to the All-Rookie team, and three years later, he got listed on the NBA All-Star team.

Standing tall at 7ft 3in (2.21 m), the 27-year-old talent began his contract with the Washington Wizards this season. He has a new career best with an average of 23.3 points per game in his first year in Washington. 

Kristaps has the potential to be better. Unfortunately, injuries have ravaged his career.

Bol Bol – 7’2”

Bol is a Sudanese-born Denver Nugget player who followed in his dad’s footsteps to become one of the tallest active basketball players in the NBA. His father, Manute Bol, is 7ft 7in, while he is 7ft 2in (2.18m). 

Bol plays center for his club and has shown much promise since his first game as a Nuggets player against Miami Heat in August 2020. Bol averaged 1.2 blocks, 5.8 rebounds, and 9.1 points per game while appearing in 70 games and starting 33 contests this season.

Luke Kornet – 7’2”

Luke plays for the Boston Celtics and stands at an impressive height of 7ft 2in (2.18m). He is a versatile player and plays as a center or power forward. During his college days, Kornet displayed his dynamic talent by setting impressive records.

Throughout his career, Luke has played for multiple teams, including the Chicago Bulls, Cleveland Cavaliers, Milwaukee Bucks, and Boston Celtics. Luke currently holds the record for the most three-pointers made by a player 7-foot or taller, with a career total of 150. Additionally, he set the Vanderbilt record with an impressive 210 blocks.
